I am a MBH/MWS so I am only level 56. I can not hunt jedi very well because of this fact. I take a NPC mission. Guy is Iplotic. Ok, only level 52 mission. I get the bio sig and the droid says he is on endor. At this I groan because it will most likely mean a trip though aggroing mobs.So i arrive at the scienceoutpost and I am right. He is 6k awayfrom the spaceport and the othet port on the planet is no closer. Well knowing that he will be moving I launch a seeker to track him, get on my bike and start moving.Istart getting messages that WP is being updated but the wp is not moving. I think, ok, thats odd but maybe he is not moving. Not all marks are that bright. So I get200m away and start etting ready for thefight when the seeker comes back again and updates (was updating this whole time and no change)and suddenly the mark is 2k back the way I came. Grrrr, well no matter. I would have to go back that way a anyways. So I start going there and when I am 300m away I start getting ready again but am much more subdued. When i get to the wp I do not see anyone. I put in /target iplo and see the guy.....IN THE MIDDLE OF A TREE!!
Ok, Maybe I can still aggro him and he will come out....nope. I call my pet. No. Finally after about twenty min my comp freezes (It has heat issues) and have to relog. When I get back he is stil there, mocking me. I go about 2k out seeing if he will start moving but he remains. I go back to him and then I freeze again. Mad as h3ll, relog, drop mission and freeze.
Moral of the Story? If your not a full template combat BH dont bother because the fun parts will be lost to you

When I was grinding MBH, I had problems like this as well. I believe that once you get within 200 or 250m of your mark, he will stop moving and stay at that position. Also, for ones that are in trees, I found that the easiest thing to do was drop a camp, which despawns the tree. Atm it's not possible to do that if there's a lair nearby, but I think in Publish 22 they are removing that restriction. Also, sometimes if you bring another creature near your mark and use an area attack, the NPC will aggro you.
I understand your frustrations, many times I felt like you did

The draw to MBH is to hunt jedi. Imagine if you were a crafter and you could not hunt jedi and NCPs were all you had to look forward to.
