/agree This should be an easy fix. I took out an elite yesterday and got the same thing.
i thought the point of the random big boss was good loot? perhaps not.
why bother adding new content if you can't make it work like you say it will?
also whats with all the smuggler stuff, when did we become the providers of all slicing materials?, i know our smugglers don't like having to rely on bh's to provide them with their recources.
I dont mind this so much. thanks to the smuggler loot I never pay full price for slices to my gear.I just give it to smuggler friends for free andI get free slices. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Just consider it the price paid for getting the good loot. I agree it's frustrating, but it's better than what we had before.
And right now if we make a big fuss about it, we'll have all the other professions on our backs screaming for the nerf bat because their designers haven't bothered to make any positive loot changes for them.
Perhaps I am the only one, but the 30k+ bosses are not a huge problem for me, I tend to use more elements of PvP-like combat, and 0020 medic and a healing shirt is still helpful.
All I have to say, is there is something not random about how the loots drop at different times after reset, or whatever the bug in the loot system is, the loots are not random. During one 25 mission stretch, I pulled 24 smuggler items or jars of bugs in single loots, with one mark having no loot. This is against 7-9k, 16-20k, and 30k+ marks, at NPC level 81-82. I have seen streaks like this on several occasions, and there is some mechanic in play determining the drops on a systematic level.

but 3 at once is most ever and these drops came from normal npc marks, no boss or elite

At other times of the day/time after reset, I'll pull double and triple loots more than 50% of the time. The loot breakdown seems to be a chance of getting loots in 3 catagories.... |smuggler item or bugs -- 99% of the time, probably the default| + |BH armor appeance loot -- xx%| + |Random item drop -- xx%|.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone has ever looted more than 3 items from a single mark of any level.

I dont really keep track.. i just knwo that at time si can go all day not getting anything besides smuggler stuff/cores/bugs.. that kind of stuff the suddenly get 3 marks ina row dropiind BH scems/crystal/ uber CA... then more rotten drops
