I was looking around to find a thread on MBH/MP and what weapons are best to use. I have yet to find you so I figured I'd make one.... if there is already a thread about this please show me!

First off my temp. is MBH/MP/Marksman 4004/Medic 0020

As of a few days ago I have been using a combination of UR-G8 and a heavy lightning rifle with 2.3spd 470-990dmg 85 SAC

I also carry a high capacity scatter and a DL44-XT with slightly above average stats.

What do you guys think of these weapons ? Are they worth the money ?

I have also been thinking about buying a Deathrain D-50

Hunting Jedi or NPC?

NPC you can use anything you want really. I use a damage/sac capped HLR for NPC hunting.

As for Jedi, use kinetic weapons if you can since Jedi love to use PSGs to kill your energy damage. A damage/sac capped FWG5 or HC Scatter works for pistoleer, but you can also use the LD-1 or Fallan Hyper Rifle as well I believe, you just wont get your MP acc or speed bonus when using a weapon other then a pistol.

Get a deathrain and get it fully sliced. The add a max damage powerup and you're talking about the damage equivalent of a fully capped FWG5, except for energy damage! In fact, my FWG5 has stats like 450/1080 whereas my deathrain is 620/1050 so the averaged out damage will be higher, even if the max is lower.

The FWG5 will always rule against jedi because of the kinetic damage, but for PVP a fully tricked out Deathrain is almost unbeatable in PVE.

For Energy i found the Trando pistol very good, but for kinetic a triple capped scatter ftw

(with that much healing though, getting to pistol range aint a good idea)

i use a FGW5 feather whieght. it is pretty good

i've found the sac on the deathrain to be wayyy to high for jedi hunting
