Thread: What do you do during NPC loot cold streaks?

The better question is what to do when you're not hunting jedi. I've hunted ONE of the new NPC missions since they changed the loot schedule. I was bored to tears. What's the point? You need the loot to pay for a decent set of armor?
Is this game about loot? Is loot "content"?
Apparently I'm not like you... Go perfect your jedi hunting skills or try out some other content in the game. Get a badge or two? Hey get another profession badge added to your list. Try crafting with the goal of making the best stuff on your server.
Just a thought or two about things to do.

Ha I think you're definitely right about streaks. I had one last night -- not that the loot was bad but i got missions to:
Yavin 4, Endor, Dath, then 3 in a row to Yavin 4. And not just on a 3rd world planet mind you but way out in the absolute corners of the map......
I almost felt bad letting a "Vibro-knife killer" get away but on the other hand I'd rather hunt with friends than spend 20 minuteseating bugs on the back of my swoop.

i only NPC hunt on weekends when i have NOTHING important to do and hours to waste. I turn off the SWG sounds, Play some AC/DC really loud. and basically go on autopilot hunting NPC's. I bet i could go from kaddara to the terms, to the spynet guy, to the probe droid, back to the starport with my eyes closed...

If i am in NPC hunting mode and its a cold streak, I just do more in hopes the luck will change.
