When I get visibility on a BH terminal..when will it go away?

1. Does the idea of logging on in my house and waiting for my visibility to go down by doing it longer than the amount of time I was using him to grind work you think?

2. Does it go away when the BH takes my mission or does it stay on for 100 BH's to take the mission to kill a low end jedi with ease?

3. Can one just log for a few days and play other characters while waiting for the visibility to drop enough to come off the terminals?

4. A few people were discussing in the forums about the plusses and minuses of the saber throwversus the force lightning. But no one stated the distance at which one could use the saber throw or force lightning.

Please do not flame. I have been reading the posts but after awhile they turn into flame wars and lose their true purpose....information. Thanks and gl!

1. I usually idle in my house every night while I sleep to lower my visibility and this had worked, until publish 10.

2. It stays, once you're on the terminals run and hide.

3. This was working the same way idling in a house was, it would gradually decrease. I had been stuck on the terms since pub10 for 2 weeks but then logged my character for 3 days and haven't been back on since then.

4. Distance on both saber throw and force lightning is 32m. Force lightning uses up ALOT of force, saber throw does not. Lightning does have a high damage output, but at low levels the accuracy of it is horrible, saber throw is alot better in my opinion.

I'm working on my very first character... a BH, of course... and think I know how I want to do this, but would like some advice.

I like the concealment and specials for Rifleman, so I thought about going BH/Rifleman. The biggest drawback is both classes using up rifle exp.

Currently, I've got Exploration 4, and Ranged Support 3 (this one feels like it takes forever), but lately have gotten really good groups with friends. Makes it go by much quicker than trying to solo it.

Any suggestions? I've got ranged healing 3, hunting 3, rifle 4, pistol 2... i'm also Master Artisan (I'll drop this once I need the skill points, though... I just did it for the sake of building bikes to give to friends and sell). I've already got enough Rifle exp for Novice Rifleman.

So, I guess what I'm asking, am I screwing myself by going BH/Rifleman? Has anyone tried BH/Commando? Or is it too much of a skill point drain?

Also, if/when I want to hunt Jedi, who all can help me? Anyone? Or is it purely me vs the Jedi?

Thanks for all the help!

BH\Rifleman is good get CM to you dont want to go BH comando all their attacks are AOE and you dont want to have to fight the jedi and all the critters to.

From what I have witnessed, it is just you vs the mark for now, unless somehow someone else through the luck of the stars and such gets the exact same person. The problem being, you have no way of knowing who you are getting when you get the mission.

As for MBH/MCommando, well, its not too much of a point drain, but it is pretty pointless, the weapons they have are no where near as capable as the reward weapons you can get as a MBH. I would, if I were you that is, go to Kash, to the Ryatt Trail and do the mission for the human in wookiee armor. That way you get the very good Proton Carbine. As for my commando, I am thinking of dropping it for either Doc or CM, probably CM for the PvP aspect of it.

The whole truth of what you pick though truly belongs to you and what you feel comfortable with. If you can get some very nice weapons that come from a certain tree, by all means, pursue what gives you the most bang for your buck. No matter what you choose, I wish you the best of luck, especially with the PC bounties, hehehe.

Master Bounty Hunter, Master Combat Medic, 4xxx Rifleman for the win. Get yourself some nice energy protection armour and a nice capped Advanced Laser Rifle/ Heavy Lightning Rifle/ Trandoshan Hunting Rifle (I think it is the one that doesnt cap till 1350+) and your set to go.

Well, I got novice rifleman, so I got some light armor for the time being, as with us low levels, I often get the job of tanking.

On a side note, for NPC marks, can my friends help me with those kills?

Thanks!
