I have recently droped from a CL 80 (god I miss that) to a CL 67. These bosses are touh for me to take out..I'm talking the 18K Ham ones too...go ahead here is a space for you to snicker.......

Anyways. I actually take out 3 of these guys and all I get are the interface things lol. My next Mark happened to be a CL 65....And I loot some Reconn cores. Go figure
