I don't know if I'm searchin the forums right or what, but I'm just looking for more info on this rifle. Where can I loot this? How is it dmg wise? Being a MBH/MCM/Pistoleer ---4, is there any use to it or should I pick up a branch in Rifles instead?

Its crafted.

Its damage is comparable to a laser rifle.

It is a rifle so rifle mods help. Although root is nice to have.

1 you can loot them from the new BH marks, i just got one as it happens, where else they can be looted i dont really know

2 Damage wise a looted one wasnt that great min-max damage = 415 - 807

base dps 248 there abouts

Iam sure there are better ones out there either sliced or maybe they can be made by a weaponsmith

3 As your template stands you wouldnt have much use for one, you would be better with a Scatter Pistol (although i personally detest them, but still have one).

4. If you really want to use a Heavy Lightining Rifle, yes i would suggest changing your template to Master Rifleman

i'll stay away from it for now and stick with my proton carbine and scatter. need to start selling my BH l00t so I can afford better weapons.

My crafted one is max damage 1106, sac 82 and speed 2.7. Thats a middle-of-the-road quality one. You can get better ones.

better weapons man u have one of the best in a proton carbine, to really benefit from it go Master Carbineer, i used to be able to solo Kryte Dragons, normal and ancient alike with my Proton Carbine.

I dont know the stats on your Scatter but yes really good ones are starting to appear but are costing a bomb.

HLRs can be looted off BH NPC missions, I looted one and it's good enough for PVE use, as a MBH/MPistol/Rifles 0003, it's plenty fast.
