I've lost too many figths because of this... they need to fix it already!
I'm sick of n00b jedi with 10% mind left KDing me and beating me, then telling me "You messed with the wrong jedi."

It happens when a special becomes jammed, for lack of a better word. You will notice it has a white glowe around it. Simply press it again, or press another skill to un jam it and then you can KD recover just fine.

Unfortunately, the guy pounding you is not going to wait for those precious 2-3 secs it takes to do that and that 2-3 secs could mean another 1500 Imp Pwr Attack nailing you.
Short answer, you don't need to be dismissive about it, you need to support it getting fixed.

lol ill post a screenie later of the combat log, about 100 messages saying i cannot kd recovery in a row

It happens when a special becomes jammed,
use the special that you were useing when you got kded and then kd recovery Voila it works
cant beleive noones spreading this fix...
i have known about it for about a month
