Ok my guild buddies were sparce tonight and the few that were on were trying out BH I decided to join the, uh, fun.

Let me digress for a sec and say that I am an OLD school BH. I walked, yeah, WALKED, the entire investigation line.

or whatever wonderfully informational message is gives for these Jedi on the terminal that are suppose to be online "but may log off" after the mission is on the terminal. Hey at least it didn't waste a probe droid. Right?

So; I hit a terminal, talk to informant, drive out of town and get "target not online"

This time; I hit a terminal, talk to informant, try launching droid and get "target not online"

HEY I can save so much time by not driving out of town to try and launch the droid, Wow thats so great.

So I continue to hit a terminal, talk to informant, try launching droid and get "target not online"

I finally get the message about having to move out from town and go launch my droid. Good deal. Right?

Sorry "due to the unsually high levels of" crap on Kashyyyk, the Devs don't know how to get the droids to work.

Well as mentioned above, Im an old school BH, I dont give up easy after all. I know the places Jedi frequent and some other tricks as well.

Land on Kashyyyk do a /who, of course the Jedi might not be searchable, but you never know.

I get a short list of names and try /attack playername and get "Target Invalid" for all

I goto the Trail entrance and wow, its to far away to use, I'lll have to move closer. Ok trails bugged

I hit the Caverns, every instance of the caverns, and theres no one there.

I head back to the Trail and hey it moved closer, or I did, it works now.

I procced to try my little /who /attack trick on every level of every instance of the trail

Notice I havent mentioned anything here about getting the Jedi's name yet. Never did.

I give up and head home.

I then read the forums and discover that I'm suppose to "track" the Jedi to get the name. Oh, so sorry, my fault for not ready the updated manual oh wait theres not one, er the patch notes., oh wait wasn't in the patch notes, er the one forum thread where I found this mentioned.

Sorry for the long thread but I guess my point is; at this point I dont care what system we have in place to hunt Jedi just MAKE IT WORK whatever it is and let us know how its SUPPOSE TO WORK.

Flame me for not reading forums enough, whatever, but this "Game Experience may change during online play" is getting old

On the bright side. My Jedi feels safer then ever.
