But you have 2 do either the reb or imp theme park to unlock so chances are that there are no factionless jedi

So, I'm confused. How do you get neutral Jedi- I mean, even a Jedi Padawan should be forced to take a side, as they're ostensibly learning from somebody either light or dark Jedi skills.

Howdy,
I've only seen imp/reb jedi on the terminal so far. But where are the factionless jedi?

You do not have to pick a faction to complete the Padawan trials. In the old FRS you had to pick your faction by deciding to either kill imperial or rebel soldiers. But a Jedi can have a full template and not be aligned with a faction.
Most Jedi happen to be factioned since they usually are in guilds, most likely even PvP guilds, which happen to be factionally aligned.
If you really see a neutral Jedi at some point, he probably will be an unguilded PvE Jedi who had a visibility accident.

that pretty much summons it up, only foolish jedi never pick a faciton, they get killed by both factions

Without the FRS it is very possible to have a factionless Jedi. Minus the RP and "hardcore" guilds, this is something that is a VERY real possibility until the FRS comes back.
This goes a little something like:
You grind out all the FS exp you need and have a choice: stay factionally aligned for a month while you grind Jedi or drop faction and basically become impervious to BH's for the month you grind Jedi.
Once you finsih your template, you ask the guild to spot you some faction to rejoin (if you don't have enough)
But then again, I think it's the Jedi's right to not be factionally aligned if they don't want to participate in the GCW. These are the types of players who just want to craft, or heal, or entertain, etc. They are in the game for the social aspect, not for the PvP combat.
I can see though how this can get abused.

Huh? I can't be factionless? Dudes, I can stay forever a fulltemplate padawan without any faction. What's so wrong about that? If I don't want to benefit from the FSR (in future) and don't want to participate in GCW, I stay factionless.
Question is: Are such Jedi listed on the terms? If not, this pretty much could be a nasty bug. Imagine every grinding padwan leave the faction, just not to be listed on the terms. and rejoin after he/she is full templated.

Actually you can get away with Jabbas Theme Park, Nyms Theme Park, 3 Neutral Corvette Missions and 2 Warren Badges.
On another note, you can drop a faction at any time. There are players that have badges for both the imperial and rebel theme park and there are players who temporarily left the rebels and joined the Empire to start a quest at the Imperial Prison on Dathomir, for example

They are listed on the terms. At least Blixtev said that the terminals will show "Imperial Jedi", "Rebel Jedi" and "Neutral Jedi" instead of the Jedi name.
