What exactly does "respec" mean? Can someone explain this and how to do this please?

Respec is a system that was introduced when the Compat upgrade went into effect. It allows you to change from one skill set to another, without having to grind out the new skills.

When the CU hit there were so many changes that some player templates would no longer work or were not viable for the player, so the devs allowed us to have a respec every 12 hours for about 3 weeks. after that was over, many people were left with screwed up templates because the respec system was bugged and did not give the final respec warning.

this is why there is a respec token, this is a one time use it and loose it respec. Youare not limited to your choice of when to use it. The token was also given to all active accounts even those that were created after the CU, where the original respec was only given to pre CU accounts.
