OK, so I am a Jedi first ... and even I can see the disadvantage of having to TAB through50 critters when a BH rolls up on his mark who is grinding in a group on Dantooine and working on one of those super lairs that have about 50 mobs piled on top of each other. Any Jedi who says he doesn't understand this problem is merely looking at it as an advantage for Jedi or is in denial. And this nonsens of stalking your target for up to three days waiting for the perfect moment to attack is crazy too. When I play BH, I want to find my target, engage him, and may the best man win... not find my target, wander around some, find my target, wander around some, find my target etc.... waiting for the perfect time to attack.

But isn't there an easy solution? If SOE does not want a BH to have a Jedi's name prior to the initial attack to reduce the chance of griefing, can they not add a targeting command specifically for Bounty Hunters such as /target Bounty as a generic command that can be placed in a macro or hotkey that will give instant target of the Jedi bounty if they are in range?

That'd be perfectly fine with me. If they added this to publish 20, without any other changes, I'm sure the majority of complaining would stop (except for the respecs, which seem to complain about everything anyway).

Another thing I'd like to see is a /noduel flag, that prevents people from challenging you to duels. I'm getting so tired of getting spammed with challenges the moment I set foot on the trails, nevermind the fact that it's an exploit and removes pretty much the only advantage a BH has in a BH vs Jedi fight.

By far the easiest way to stop the griefing is to make is such that the terminals won't give you a mission for <insert mark's name here> if you killed <insert mark's name here> within the last <insert suitable time frame here>.

Period, end of discussion... griefing over.

I disagree Umbra ... say Bounty Hunter "X" really does not like Jedi "Y" .... and they want to hunt them for the purpose of making their life miserable ... and according to your suggesion, say Bounty Hunter "X" can not get Jedi "Y" mission but every 24 hours ... and they do. Bounty Hunter "X" takes Jedi "Y" bounty every 24 hours instead of every 2 hours because they do not like them is STILL griefing. Even if it is once a week ... and you kill Jedi "Y" once every 7 days because you do not like them... it is STILL griefing. There has to be randomness to the system to completely eliminate the griefing that I see occuring on Intrepid every day.
