This is a bug fix to a problem intoduced in the previous TestCenter build where "Rifleman cover is no longer affected by group mates." Well the Rifleman cover change made it so Jedi and Riflemen could get into a perma invis state. Nothing should have changed with cloak. Please put away the pitchforks and extinguish the torches.

I have to say I am please about it. Already had 2 jedi slip through my fingers yesterday cause they were in space cloaked and loaded up cloaked.
Pretty typical. Jedi uses a power to slip away from BH, BH posts about it here, NERFZ0RZ!
Perhaps next you can ask for stasis and FR3 to be nerfed so we cant get away from you that way either.
The difference between cloak for jedi and cover for rifleman is that rifleman use it and are still able to attack. Why should a jedi get the same ability but not be able to go in range of somebody, they can't beattacking while invisible like a rifleman can. Making cloak like cover would render it pretty much useless. What can you do with invisibility only while 20m away from things? NOTHING.
In PvP you are always within 20m of something, and if you're not, then you're not doing any good anyways.

The difference is force cloak is mainly used by jedi to either run away or heal without being attacked. If it broke like cover it would still be effective, its just jedi wouldn't be able to cloak and then hover 1m away from the BH taunting them. Jedi also mainly whine when we say it should be moved to the master box that "Its our only escape skill", so how exactly would it breaking like cover when they can also force run faster than the BH game breaking to the jedi?
These are not publish notes but TC patch notes it was to fix a bug that occured from them trying to fix the rifleman staying covered issue. Cloak remains the same in live.

BH's need a move like this... Although cover works for riflemen, we have to crawl as well... not cool.
