Thread: First day of bounty hunting

For a while I've been reading this forum, and I've always liked reading the BH stories people post, so I'm going to post my first day of hunting in SWG.
For future reference, I'm MRM/3444 BH/4000 CM. I picked up a jedi I knew's mission, and found that he was on Kashyyyk. Drat. I waited a while, and then saw a jedi showing off her skills in the spaceport, dueling and spewing the typical jedi trash. I got her mission instead - 226k. This wasn't going to be easy. I went back into the starport where she was and watched her dueling a jedi friend, /clapping for her so she wouldn't be suspicious. I was wondering how I'd do this successfully... and then I realized: I'm a bounty hunter. It's not about honor or glory; it's about getting credits. After a rather long duel, she was incapped and I just walked up to her and DB'd her. Success! 8k investigation XP and 226k credits. After the hate tells (which I ignored) I was up for another round.
I got the mission of a random Jedi who I didn't know, and tracked him to Tatooine wilderness. I drove out to find him grinding near the Krayt graveyard, and the hunt began. He was a 150k mark, and I nearly killed him instantly. But, truth be told, he started running and I broke combat to call my barc. I finally found him, and we engaged in combat again outside of his house. After he was nearly dead, he ran into his house and refused to come out for 30 minutes. Oh well.
Got another mission... Talus. Cool. Track my mark to a player city to find him hiding in his house, refusing to come out. After some trash talking from his guildies, threats to destroy my guild and calling me a disgrace to the rebellion (for hunting same faction), my mark logged out and didn't come on for another hour. Oh well - time for someone new.
I go to Theed, where I see literally 25+ jedi infesting the streets with their constant "lol's" and "rofl's." It made me sick, so I went to Kadaara, got a mission of one of the jedi, and came back to find him dueling someone. He was incapped, and I just DB'd him. Another 221k.
In conclusion, the only tactics that have worked for me are dishonorable ones. Who needs honor when you've got credits? I know one of my marks will eventually read this, so before you say anything, thanks for the fun.

I'm not entirely sure why you posted this. It seems as though you are trolling the boards, instigating a bunch of flame posts.
Hopefully this thread will be deleted. If not now, it will soon after people start the flames.

seems to me he just had a good time and wanted to share it.
