So I got pistols 4 then decided it wasnt working for me so now im getting rifle 4,I want to know if I should just get rid of the pistols 4,since rifles seem stronger to me. I am going to be a BH and I just started out and am still learning about this game.

So I should keep pistol and have a marks template like this 4/4/0/4?

Then get 0/0/0/3 for root and then what....I wanna be a Mrifle though I think....

Or if you guys have idea's for good BH templates let me know

This is gonna depend entirely on how you wanna play. You could get countless responses with just as many reasons why each would be better than the other.

I'm a Master Bounty Hunter/Master Pistoleer and havea pitol with 520+ modified DPS, and it works well for me. I like the defenses I get from Pistols and I get "Improved Stopping Shot" (root) without using additional points so I can allocate them elsewhere.

Rifles have their own advantages: better range, "conceal shot", "sniper shot", and a couple others, andI've been hearing that there is a VERY good heavy lightning rifle out there for MBH...not sure how much Master Rifleman would improve its already impressive numbers.

Carbines, in general, have better speed than rifles (though slightly slower than pistols), and more damage than pistols (less than rifles), but you lose some defenses and cant use recon armor which has the best energy protection.

My advise: pick what you like and adapt your style tomake the mostof its advantages and minimize its disadvantages.

personally, I like rifles better. They pack a punch, and alternating crit shot and head shot, you can do good damage. the pistols root works nice, rifles kneecap slows em down, and you always have underhand if things really go south. Plus....conceal shot is real nice if you wait outside of the dant outpost and clobber them from an unknown spot.
