With Patch 20, the Ryatt trails will still give visibility, but the Mydryyyyyyyyyyyyl caverns will not.
The xp there isn't great, and the creatures are far tougher than they should be for the amount of xp they grant. However, there is a quest that anyone can do to allow them to instantly teleport to the Krappuchino Starport from the cave at any time. It takes a good 10 minutes to run down to where the spiders are, during which time you are clearly visible on everyone in the instance's radar.
I've already had one soon-to-be-Padawan tell me it was going to be his grinding spot, and if a BH comes for him, he'll just use his "Getaway Stone"
We really need to push for XP to be turned off on Kashyyyk.

you cant do the quest too? i've read serveral accounts of bh's following them to the spot and laying the smakdown.

Nothing is keeping you from getting one too. It's an easy quest from the shaman. (Get me some river rocks that are right outside the cave.) Then if a Jedi uses one, you can use yours too and pop up right on top of them.

Hey yeah! Because of one non-jedi exploiting 1 zone, lets turn off XP for the entire planet!
Come on! There's no doubt a better solution out there. Don't take the lazy SOE approach to "fixes"

Get the stone and chase him/her out. Get over it already.
Jedi stone.. sheesh. It's there for anyone who gets to the bottom and isn't going to face the boss or has to leave in the middle of a run to the bottom.

I was offering a suggestion so 1) Drastic, 2) Likely to enrage the player base, and 3) Detrimental to all non-Jedi/non-BH's that the Devs would think it was a good idea.
You're right, there's nothing to prevent anyone from getting the stone.

Not to mention, when group vis is turned off, lair/mission xp is going to be SO much more viable. Feral wookies aren't even half the xp over time, so I doubt we'll be seeing nearly as many Jedi on Kash.

Actually, what I said was that the amount of xp, versus the time it takes to kill one creature, is low. The spawn rates are fairly slow as well if you want to stay in one spot. That's probably why you don't see more Jedi grinding there now.

Now where do I find this shaman to get the "stone"? Sounds like something that wouldn't be a bad idea to have.
