My idea for a post pub20 template is

you would still have 18 skillpoints left over if you mean 4004 CM. If you want to dabble, I'd say add the xx4x tree in CM for the regen debuffs

so, 4004 rifles, 4044 CM / MBH? I think that would be a decent build, paralyze when they're close, thyroid rupture etc.
