normal bh/rifleman combo but not cm 4xxx but cm 1xx3 for a root ability?

can you still heal some damage?

I did mbh/rifleman 4004/Pistols 0003/CM 0004 and had a great time with it. It wasnt bad at all. I had to heal very rarely. If I was close range I would open with paralyze/electrolyte drain/thyroid rupture. By this time paralyze wears off so I'd KD and attack while I parwan burst and get at least 35 meters away. Kite from then on.I even had time to go prone and aim/snipershot when root sticks.If they happened to get close and root me I'd just paralyze them and wait it off. If they got a well timed KD I could use ruby bliel/stims and if my dots didnt stick and they started dishing out the damage I have stims + basic medic heals. From what i've been told you can heal for 800+ with bio clothes and sea's.

im thhinking about doing somthign like this with +25 healing efficeny u can heal around 900 a heal i think which is only like 135 from what cm 4xxx gives
