Some people have postulated that having a saber equipped while near others will generate visibility. So while the base attack might not be a threat (since it uses no Force), having the saber in hand might still put you in jeopardy.

Unless you want AI is master Def worth getting. I have read and heard that if you have improved aura you Defence is capped as soon as you activate it. If so that makes everything else in Defender redundent with the exceptoin of AI. My question is simple if you don't want AI is all you need outa Defender Improved Aura?

for PvP you dont really need it

It's all diminishing returns.. you can still build on defense even after you master defender using food, CAs, AAs (if they revert the mabari belt), doc buffs, and so on.

Every little bit counts.

Duelist stance and vegeparsin are useless against Jedi?

melee/ranged defense is bugged right now, if u use a ranged weapon only ranged defense counts, and it counts towards melee.. so that thundercloud stuff?? is what you wnt, i use duelist stance, it is good for damage reduction while rooted

When you use a food|drink for defense the question is what are you using not your foe. So if you have ranged weapon in hand you stack ranged D augmentation.

The waythingsare currently, think youare defending yourself while using a ranged weapon, not you are defending yourself from a melee weapon. Capiche?
