This Deathblow timer BLOWS..


Give MBHs a DisenegrationShot thats 1/2 the normal DB Timer that can be used out to 32m


or


Ditch the DB Timer


I beleve it takes longer to DB than to setup a SniperShot..Lame

I agree, get rid of the timer or atleast half it.

Its not just a prob for BH, it sucks for jedi too, esp in large scale pvp and 3-5 man bhs.

I don't think the timer is all bad. After all, it makes the decision of whether or not to DB an actual decision. DB or gofor thetriple incapp? It is a tacticalchoice that adds some depth tothe combat system.Why not just get rid of DB altogether if it all it takes is a click (I mean, if your health equals zero thenwhy not be automatically dead)?


That said, it is a bit long.

I agree...They could give Jedi there own DB SaborSpecial that works out to 32m also...


As of now, if you allmost have to trip-cap as DB is allmost useless

Does CL have anything to do with the timer?

Well, Im CL80 and it hoses me everytime....Cost me a couple of bountys..


I hid in /cover 60m from the city cantina she was in..She came out I KD her out of her ride..Chew'd her up something fearce (she was caught totally offguard) Cap'd her, Tried to DB....She got up /healed and started to break forthe cantina..I nailed here down got the cap again, Tried DB..She got up /healed my KD missed and She got into the cantina...Fight over



Well, Fight over for now...I still have her mission..I dont give up and delete missions...If it takes me 2 weeks to get her, I'll get her or she'll get me..I was hired to kill her and kill her i will... Unless someone gets to her 1st lol

Ive had similar problems with that DB timer too. Before the timer is through, they pop up, heal, and force run to thier safe house. A litle frustrating, but atleast its legit.


But as for the timer Varying for me, just the other day I attacked a Jedi, and incapped the Jedi. The Jedi was a corpse before I hit my DB macro. No trip incap, no timer, no nothing...Just dead.


I dont know what the deal is. Maybe its just me.

I wounder if the Jedi had been Cap'd a couple of times before you got to him/her ? Maybe fighting PvE


All I know is that mine are slow...Might have something todo with the Jedi CL too...

OK, bearing in mind that the DB timer affects everybody, not just us BHers, how about this?


The concept of a DB timer is OK, as it allows time for a friend to heal you, or to hit the enemy that is trying to DB, breaking the timer, hence allowing a 'rescue' to take place. That is fine.


Wot if the DB timer was ALWAYS shorter than the incap timer? That way, once u have 'caped an enemy, u will always be able to get a DB in unless somebody else intervenes? Make sense?

This is a great idea but, I really dont know how it could be done sence the Cap Timer depends on how much dmg you take when you cap (I beleve) and then theres the walk time to the Cap'd player if your Ranged....Being inside 32m fighting a Jedi is Rough


Still like the Idea of a /DisenegrationShot- 32m Ranged DB and Maybe a /DeathStrike for jedi with the same range to be fair...
