I have a really good tatic for killing jedi grinding on dantooine!

People probably use this all the time but i would like to share it.

my temp is:

master rifleman

master marksman

master bh

pistols xxx3

my weppon is:

t21

481 - 1255 with pup

I killed 2 jedi in 2 hours with this tatic. one was 130 k and the other was 145. I got within 130 - 150 meters of the jedi and went prone and covered up. I then crawled 80 meters or so for about 4 - 5 minutes. mean while keeping an eye on the jedi's ham bars as somtimes they incap from tanking to meny you never know! Anyway, once i got to 60 meters i sat and waited for the jedi to start to attack a few mobs so his ham started going down thats when i launched my attack. i conseal shot him, then dids sniper shot, then did critical shot. i got the incap! 3 hits is all it took this tatic works well!

please share any tatics that you use

I'm thinkign I should have been Master Riflemen JUST for the CONCEAL shot and cover. All my targets are PARANOID!! and carry houses with them. They see my dot on their radar, and plop a house down and hide. Its REAL annoying

do only carbineer and pistoleer have rooting shots, or does leg shot with rifle do the same thing?

i'm a recent MBH and haven't taken on a jedi yet.

but i'm MBH/MRifle/4000 CM i don't know if I have a rooting shot. i don't know if it is necessary.

I like the tactic, but the problem is the db timer. between incapping the mark and then running over there in range to start your db, they are usually back up and healed pretty quick.

And to the other poster's questions kneeshot, while sounds like it should root acts only as a snare from what I've seen thus far.

How many times do rifleman have to say....To blazes with a DB triple incap them and move the heck out. Why waste time and a sure win to try and Death Blow someone. What so you can say "look, duh ummm,I ran up to you like an idiot and then and thenprayed you were incapped for at least 30 seconds duh huh."

The riflemans Kneecap shot is def only a snare.

Question for the other riflemen out there:

How useful do you find conceal shot against jedi? I figured that it was better to get a sniper shot off first cos of the warm up time, then go for dam/root/kd/snare attacks as required for the incap. Anybody else make good use of the conceal shot?

Probably many times. Not saying I'm still DBing them - just saying I like the OP's tactic, but it doesn't work for us as long range killers

Ima Jedi, and if i get attacked from range this is how it goes.

get hit.

/cloak;

slowly look for where the shot came from and close the gap.

If I was concussionshotted (smuggler broken root right?) Then I head to my house as there is no way to compete with this shot. (too long root, doesnt break on damage)

If nto then I go up to my mark which lately have still been prone for whatever reason.

Then from my range (melee) I initiate the fight withmy roots, snares,a nd best hits.

It generally turns out to be the BH running.

So my advice. if you see the jedi cloak you may consider leaving.
