Thread: Best BH template for Jedi hunting

What is the best template for us to hunt Jedi? Would you recommend MBH/Master Carbineer or MBH/Master Pistoleer? I like the stopping shot Pistoleer gives you, but like range on Carbines, among other things. Any advice is appreciated.

whatever suits your gameplay man


but me personally...when i actively hunted jedi (and yes, i did take down a number of full template jedi solo)


i was MBh/MPistoleer/MMarksman/Carbineer 0300



you just need the right equipment, weapon, and tactics, and you're good to go

Not sure about skill points...


TKM/docs are VERY effective. If you could squeze in some inv I would check this out (time permitting)


Having CM in the BH temp also seems to bea VERY effecitve addition. I had someone stick me with a burn of 180 points and kinda recall it ticking every 3-5 seconds.


Every BH who lacked healing wasn't able to compete. They all went down in 4-6 hits.

every BH has healing


they can use stims that heal 1200+ every minute.....and if they know how to use ruby bliel....it will seem like endless healing from the jedi's perpsective...especially considering the jedi's damage output

Healing is certainly not required to hunt jedi. Things could change after publish 19, but for now Instant Stims and Ruby Bleil are good enough.


A lot of people have success with a template that includes MBH/MRifleman with some crowd control from Pistoleer, Carbineer, and/or Smuggler.


Personally, I like MBH/MCommando. The 300-400 point burn my PFT lands on jedi comes in very handy. It doesn't stick all the time, but when it does it's mean. The best part is that the burn stays about that powerful regardless of the ability of the jedi to mitigate my other damage.


As others have pointed out, there are a lot of different templates that can be successful if you can find theright tactics to match them. As a matter of fact, a unique template (along with the accompanying unique tactics) can take a jedi by surprise and give you an advantage.

MBH, Mcarab, Combat med 4000 is a good template for bh cause u can mix Stim D & advanced bacta toss

I hunt with MBH, MCarbs, Pistols 0404.



I will even duel fellow BH's from time to time and havent lost against one yet.
