Max out SAC on all the components
Any remaining points in speed
Max out Damage on the final combine
Any remaining points ineither Speed or SAC
Get 12% speed slice.
Use Looted Reinforced Casings(180+ damage -8 SAC)and Looted Advance Scopes.(Accuracy bonus 60+)
And you'll have a fine weapon. Should end up very close to Damage Cap(966) and very low SAC if not capped ther as well.

The way I make them is I cap sac on all components, but the rest in damage, then I use 5 pts in SAC and get 65-68 depending on experimentation result, and I toss 7 into damage, which will be cap on 180+ casings with an amazing result.

dont waste points on dmg in the sub components as it only adds like 1 per point. use it on speed and add dmg to the final build

Both speed and damage in subcomponents are a waste in my opinion, as 0.5 speed difference is 0.05 difference in the final assembly. As damage is alot more important to most customers, I decided to change from speed to damage on components.
