Are any of you looting these fromNPC marks? I've heard rumors of them dropping from invest 3 missions... Can anybody confirm this? These are by far the most rare and sought after slice loot, and a semi-reliable source for them would be great.

I don't do space much.. Just having too much fun on the ground.
I looted all mine from NPC marks on ground missions. I didn't know they were that valuable. I sold 10 on my vendor for 100K each last night. I know they aren't going for 500K here on Bloodfin, but maybe 100K was too cheap. :-)

I know of a few things on the ground that drop them, but not reliable enough to farm. If they were dropping off lower level BH missions I had thought about dropping down to get some. Two in 50 isn't enough to consider that though... lol.

I got one yesterday. They are pretty uncommon for me. Maybe 1 or 2 in about 50 missions. I don't get much Trandoshan Intraframes but lots of the Mando ones.
I guess it has to do with the type of missions you get. I get Elite and Goldies only.

I'd like to know this too. I think I have found a couple over the past few weeks but nothing major. I used to buy them off vendors when they were 500K a piece and sell them for a million just to make some cash. Now that I have none I could really use some. I don't even see them on vendors that much anymore.

I thought the padding only looted from space mobs, forget which kind though
