I know this forum in particular seems to hate the "dabblers", but hopefully I can just get a simple answer. What level in Investigation do you need to loot Bounty Hunter Armor schematics? I'm a Master Commando/Master Carbineer, and I don't exactly have the funds to buy an entire set of the stuff. But I would like to get a set of it for times that I'm not Combatant/Spec Forces and can't use my Shock Trooper armor. Thanks.

You dont need a skillbox as such. You can loot them while grinding invest I. They're just getting rarer and rarer now.

Cool, thanks. I was hoping I didn't have to go up too much of the investigation line since I only plan on keeping it long enough to get a set of schematics then dropping it, but Novice is a pleasent surprise.

youll probably grind the entire line before you get enough loot drops for a full set

Very true. Im an MBH and the armor schems drop very slowly.

Yah, but if I don't have to actually go up the tree I'll just stay novice, that way I don't need to use droids for the missions and they are relatively short to complete. So far I've done 3, gotten simple toolkits each time though.

I've been getting tons of schems and Im a master, now if I could only get those CAs to drop more often.....

over the weekend i scored 2 sets of bh armor schems. and only time i get an aa or ca is when i do my first bounty mission for the day. then it is sliceing loot or schems for a long time. then if i get a 30k health mark i might get a ca or aa or powercells or reinforce casing.. or crap.
