Thread: Which type of bounty/mark drops the best loot?
Is there any value to hunting a specific type of mark over and over?
i.e. The mercenary generals/captainsor Arkanian(sp?) Diamond Thief or Black Sun Assassin or Rogue Bounty Hunter or Elite Slicer etc...
I'd love to know which type of bounty statistically drops the best loot. 
If you've hadgood luck with a specific type of bountyor from randomly selecting missions, your feedback is appreciated.
I find that if you let the mark incap youafew times(usually 3 times just to be on the safe side) before you kill them the loot is usually really good. Also I seem to have more luck with looting if I am not wearing armor.

I will confirm this works. Give it a try.At first, it might seem to be untrue, but stick with it - it'll pay off in the end.

3 Incaps would mean death unless you're taking more than 10 minutes to kill these marks.
While I appreciate your humor, my question is serious. 
Some folks seem to be having incredible luck with geting nice loot from bounties. I have not, in fact I haven't looted a single jedi skill tape or anything decent since my first mark 2 weeks ago.

No, just like the origianl slicing system (GAWD I miss that) BH loot drops are random!

Last 3 days I logged on right at server start up. The first 2 missions I took each of these days, each dropped very good loot (double bladed spd +9, kd def +8, and a few other doc and AS tapes all of which r worth over 5M each on my server)
Once again I don't know if I've just been lucky or if looting the good stuff happens more often earlier in the day.

You're lucky, some have good days, some have bad days.
