you dont, and they did, but only if you attack them before they get in, which, imo is unbalanced. I think they should have to attack back first... just like a normal factional tef

Nothing is normal in this game, it has all been changed so much nothing will never have the "Normal" status
so true, a jedi should have to attack the bh to get the tef. Not sure why this was changed. maybe we should have it so that if a jedi gets attacked he or she is rooted to the spot till the fight is over?

So I can run 75 M's away and shoot them with my T21 while they are stuck?

or, if they are on their bike, shoot them. one cannot heal while mounted, gives you a few extra shots before they heal.

you might try asking. I was inside with friends and a bh asked me earlier so I obliged him
I assume you were wondering about me since i saw you load in the shuttleport a few times
Think about it guys. A Jedi needs some safe place to do things without getting Jumped.
I was in my house crafting sabers and doing some testing, I do have the right to craft my sabers without getting attacked while doing other Jedi things.

Well, that's life. You choose to be a jedi, which you knew are hunted by Bounty Hunters. If that is a big problem then you shouldn't have wasted so much time on getting jedi.
