Currently its a decent damage shot with a pretty worthless bleed in PVP and PVE how about dropping the bleed and make it Reduce health regen. Leave the damage mod where it currently stands.


Thinking a 20% reduction lasts the same amount of time the bleed lasts now. I think this would be much more useful in PVP and PVE equally

How about no? There are no other skills in game that reduce health regen, only skills to reduce action and mind regen - why would you introduce it?
Moreover, what is the difference between taking X off health every Y seconds or slowing health regen? Net result is less health.

increase the bleed to 250 damage a tick(counters force infusion) and that should do the trick.

How about we just get Bleed to mean something in combat now?

I use torso shot all the time to counter the regen on high level mobs. It my first shot fired 95% of the time, on npc's at least. Even though the bleed can't counter the regen on stuff like krayt's, it at least slows it down to the point that my group can actually out damage the mobs healing. There is a noticable difference in hunting when people add bleeds and when they don't.

Our bleed will never be as good as a CMs, i can understand that.Devs will never let bleeds and poisons get to where theywere pre CU. Reason why i would introduce it is some marks, creatures and some players can get their health regen up quite a bit. this would counter it much more effectively then a 70-100 bleed. It gives BH's a tool to be more effective at what they are good at. Killing quickly and efficently.


Right now i do use Torso to counter regen and it helps somewhat but could definetly be better. And the fact nobody else can do it is even better cause it doesnt step on any toes
