Anyone get a chance to try this on Preview Center? (for those who haven't heard, this is new name for test center

).

How good is it?

I was one of the few people who had one on TC. It has damage comparable to any other lvl 54 weapon. It still uses the same graphic as the lightning rifle and the light lightning cannon, but it has a new firing graphic of balls of lightning. Weaponsmiths complained that it required more resources to construct than a T-21, so they might charge a premium price for one.

I am curious also as info about it was left out of the Publish 19 sticky up top.

Please let's hope for a damage dealer that the LLC should have been a long time ago.
