ok i been mbh and jedi ,so ive seen both side of the fence and i must say i like it,but seems most noob jedi dont(ah the noob )
so heres my 2 cents on it
most people agree that a CL 80 bh targeting a Cl65 is pretty much guaranteed money in the bank,and most jedi grief the fact bh have basically have nothing to lose when a jedi mission fails
to make things a little more challenging i would implement some type of bh ranking system(need more work)
a bh killing a jedi with a CL difference of 20 lvl or more will receiveno bh ranking xp
a bh killing the same target over and over will get reduced ranking xp from each kill thill reaches 0(100% first kill,85%second and so on)
if more than one bh have a mission on a jedi,only 1 will receive the ranking xp(the one that deathblows)
ranks
ranks could give the same rewards as jedi ranks ,allowing high rank bh to hunt jedi knight and guardians
example of this are improved dps,defense ,state apply/resist
maybe even new moves like a area paralyze,leg break(debuff force run) or the likes
hell id even bring back fire-kd (never worked but one can hope )

Actualy...hmmm, I don't know about it, To me Bounty hunters were to keep the Jedi population down, I myself can't stand those force users (Except a few, met quite a few that actualy act as jedi or sith) I rather shredup padawans and jedi's Initiate's so they would grow tired of jedi. even though I'm sure it wouldn't, don't get me wrong, I like the jedi on the game I just can't stand them from population
But I would say no, cause once you reach knight and guard the BH is out of his or hers league.

CL has nothing to do with how strong the target is... it's about the abilities someone has, not their CL.
