Thread: Lookouts at Kadara terminals?
thats whyI rotate locations when getting missions. If we use patterns to find out how jedi work and hunt then its only logical for jedi to do the same with BHs as to avoid the "legendary 5-man tag team". Its most likely to get names for /target macros

Is this the next thing? Looking for BH teams to slip up in spatial chat? or seeing which BHs are grabbing missions and heading out? I think i spotted this last night on Wanderhome. A Jedi-heavy guild had an 'afk' player by the terminals in Kadara. A very low level player, no real reason to be there.

If this is true. Why wouldn't every bounty hunter start pulling missions from Kaandara?
If jedi are that paranoid, that even the thought of a BH may be possibly pulling their name out of the hundreds that come up on the screen. Then keep their paranoia up.
If someone says hey, did you get a mission for so and so. Say, yes you did. Get a mission for someone else, and let them either keep looking over their shoulder and bolting every time a blue or purple target appears. Or let them log since someone has their mission.
/du will tell them you are lying. asI said they most likely are getting names for target macros. that way they bolt when a BH on the list shows up in range.

To the original poster: They have really good psychotropic medications that help with paranoia now.
In the immortal words of the Kinks: paranoia will destroy ya
Yeah I've seen this. But one night I actually caught the "spy" AFK. I know this because he's a Jedi on the terminals. He likes to stand in Kaadara about 20m away and let his guildies and friend's know who's taking missions, how often, etc. Occasionally someone is dumb enough to try to attack him solo. 226k Jedi kills quickly, these fools.
I noticed the other night that we genuinely AFK when an Imperial NPC started firing at him, and he did nothing. About2 minutes later I found him mission, turned around and killed him. Turned back to what I was doing and continued on. About 30 minutes later I got this tell from him: "noob, that's the only way you could kill me"
I've since killed him 3 times in PvP and one more on a co-op mission with another BH in the guild. And he has the gall to call me out saying things like "well if you didn't root me, i'd have had you", "if you hadn't kited me...", "if you didn't have back-up...", "if you......" I just /evilgrin and do the /dies emotes.
counterintelligence -- smart move. No different than a ranger areatracking the ryatt trial.
I like the move - countermove tactics like this.
