Or, any other suggestions that would be good for a TKA/ Pikeman?

go with tkm,mpike,doc 4000, i find master brawler to be very useless, as i am a mtk,mswords,4000 doc, and the healing really helps, i am also able to help people out with wound healing

If i was you, i would take swords instead of pikes. Swords has some very damaging moves.
