My worry is that 20 is too much of a nerf, and BH will stop visiting me, I do like to kill you guys /bow

1. BH aren't honorable, any BH that waits for you to be "ready" isn't a bounty hunter.

2. Throwing salt in the wound is not helping, people are pissed here and don't want to read your opinions.

3. If a Jedi is on the terminals it's his fault. The amount of BH's that came after him is irrelevant. Gank squads are irrelevant. The jedi got on the terminals, plain and simple. Jedi whined to get it changed.

I'm sick. Litterally. With SOE and with Jedi and I was a rank 3 enforcer preCU WITHOUT fight clubbing. Jedi whined to get permadeath removed. SOE obliged. Jedi whined to get a revamp. SOE obliged with a revamp that took 2 months and two full publishes to impliment. Jedi whined about skillbox loss, it was replaced with xp loss. Jedi whined about XP loss and SOE obliged with only losing XP to BH DB. Now it's gank squads they whine about and SOE obliges and SCREWS the game up even worse. Quit throwing salt in the wounds man. While you try to sound "serious" in your post, it's not going to serve to do anything but piss people off. Don't do. Refrain.

SOE thought this patch would ease the grief....it's going to do nothing but to bolster it.

well all your going to get now is more glowbat weidling yahoos that didn't earn anything...bh was the only true challenge to jedi and they whined that away.

You didnt kill one becks, the quenkers did.You just got the incap on him.That was before we learnt how to beat mdefs tho, nowI'd fight you solo/in a two man team to be sure.But I give you a big /salute for the fight, it was great, long, and a challenge back then. Honour fighting you. Shame about your companions, and sorry for killing your two friends earlier that night at the same grind house. Only came back for you cos of what you said then.

The Jedi professionin the game (and I am pursuing one myself...because I can...just like everyone else) has destroyed this game for anyone that isn't a Jedi.

Romulus76, I agree that the whole Jedi Hunting BH community has a real, legitemate gripe about pub. 20. This is a RPG game, and as such, one is supposed to try to suspend belief while in the game to get the realistic feeling. I'm 41 years old, so I've lived in the real world long enough to be over the name calling, childish crap that I see all too often in these boards. The reality of the game is that, if you suspend the belief as you're supposed to ( not talking about RPGing, just regular play) then you have to wonder: If I were a REAL Bounty Hunter in the Start Wars Universe, would I tkae a Bounty on an unknown Jedi? Would I take that Bounty not knowing what I'd be paid?

Lets compare: In this world, people work for a living, to put food on the table, to pay the rent or mortgage, to buy their kids braces, etc. I work ( for example) as a Developer and Computer Jockey for a company named Soni. Sony is a Video game Co., and makes on of the most popular games out there, called Bar Wars. I go in to work today, and my Boss says "Guess what, there's a new directive from the Big Boss. He said that, from now on, you have to work on the game not knowing the development you are trying to implement. Not only that, we're not gonna tell you where you find it, and we're gonna pay you 5 dollars an hour flat rate, you'll get a bonus, but you won't find out what it is till pay day of each week."

What do you think I'm gonna do?

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not a Jedi, I'm a Bounty Hunter. But I only hunt NPC's, and I may or may not change that. Also, I'm FS, and working on leveling for the village right now. But I can assure you of afew things: I will not be grinding AFK, I will not go to Kash to grind ( I hate that place !! Exceot for the Loot Quests, I have no business there.) I will not run from a BH EVER. And I'll take care not to get Vis till I finish my Template. If I do mess up, I won't blame anyone but myself. I like the BH profession. I know that there are those BH's that missuse the system, exploit, and grief other players. But the one thing I do not like about it is Jedi Hating.

It's no different than being prejudiced in real life. Hating anyone, ANYONE, for what they are is a losing proposition. If you wanna play the game, and you Hate Jedi ( like the Empire in the movies), you're taking realism too far. The Empire in the Movies is the Bad guy. It's supposed to be that way. The Jedi are the Good Guys in the movies, and that's what they're supposed to be. But this is the game, not the movies. I've played well with Jedi ( both light and dark), with Imperials, with neutrals, with all kinds of players and toon. Please try to realize... a player IS NOT their toon. You're hating Pixels and binary instances. Numbers and lines of programming.are your targets of unreasoning hatred, no matter what the player manipulating them has done.

For the sake of your ulcers and nerves; keep this seperate from your real life as much as possible. If, when you sit down at the keyboard, you are already mad, and intend to go kill some Jedi to releave strees? You're going too far.

Please take my advise. Calm down. Yeah, you pay for your account, but SOE own's the game. If they change it too much for you, then let them know it in the appropriate way. Give feed back. But don't let a video game give you so much hatred and tension.

Mal Dagoth - lol you would think with all the Padawan that used to grind on quenkers that they would not team with the Jedi, guess it was a rebel at heart.
