Thread: Need advice on a current mark.

Kashyyk jedi, so i start seaching instances..... everytime I do, I do a /who. a lot of times there groupmates are searchable.
to my suposed my mark shows up. I search webweaver, no dice but I see dead wooks so i think I am hot on his trail, I start searching down, no dice, come back, fresh dead wookies on spell weaver, nobody is there, even though people I know should not be able to cloak show up on /who.
what the heck is going on?

not entirely sure i understand the question but if this answers your question, the jedi can type /anonymous and make themselves unsearchable.

but he is searchable, and I can see his kills, but he simply isn't there....

you're sure he doesnt have cloak? do you have rifleman? i'd try running up a ways, proning, /cover and sneak back down...maybe you can't see him because of a bug that requires a softlog, but cloak is the only thing i can think of.

he might have cloak, but can an 88k jedi stay cloaked for 45 mins?

he can toggle it when you come near...he might have tried to /duel you before you were within range of him and seen you were after him, cloaked, and waited at LOS for you to go away again. Most i can think of right now.

scary thing is there are at least 4 guildies with him. I gotta find this guy I never quit on kashyyk missions.

ok this is how it works
if you are in instance 1, 3 or 5 and type /who you will see all people in those ODD instances.
if you are in instance 2, 4 or 6 and type /who you will see all people in the EVEN instances.
it does that becuase of the way the /who command works and the way the instances are structured.
if you are in instance 1, 3 or 5 and type /who you will see all people in those ODD instances.
