Thread: Duelist macro sys msg?

ho all


i remember (i think) reading somewhere, that there is a command that will enable me to send myself a sys msg.


i am trying to add a line to my macro that will remind me to stand still every 28 secs.


i tried to send myslef a double /tell, to use the double PM chirp as a reminder , but that was inefective.


so anyone have a good idea, or know the command? that will type on my screen, just like a sys msg, something like "STAND STILL" ?
