You will have a higher healing effiencey going CM1 medic x4xx than Medicxx4x alone.
Yes I'm too lazy to grind out CM4. I'm currenlty CM1 medic x43x Bacta shot heals for 860 with this temp.

IF I mainly wanna do GCW pvp and loot npc marks. I would take on novice medic and two ranks in healing effeciency to beef up my bacta shot. Is that sufficient? That's all I have room for? if the 2&3rd bars gonna kill me?
