do you get loot from NPC BH marks at MBH? if so what kind and how offten do thay drop?

Pre Pub 21 it's no different from going out and killing a CL82 Aqualish Captain, Nyms Bodyguard or some other random NPC, just takes a lot longer, you might get very lucky and get a SEA of one, but don't hold your breath.
