That's actually a double edged sword so be careful what you ask for lol. Once this is implimented you will no longer have BH's openly challenging you to fight, but they will become what they should be, low down sneaky underhanded bounty hunters. They will be force to hunt and stalk you until the opportune moment when they are almost guranteed a kill. That is what will come with what you are asking lol. Honestly I don't mind it either way, I can adapt with very little problems to that change, it's the Jedi who will no longer like that change. Right now I have no problems open fighting Jedi win or lose, but if it comes down to the penalty you will find that myself along with other BH's will no longer put them selves at disadvantages when we no longer have to. We get the first strike and can choose when to use it even if we're standing right next to you. So if we want we can simply wait until that opportune moment, even if your being exceptionally careful everyone eventually makes a mistake and aggros more than they wanted giving a patient BH the opportunity to strike when they are most likely to succeed.
I'm not saying it's good or bad, cause frankly I don't care, all I'm saying is be careful what you wish for because it may well be granted lol.
Oh and to the original poster, get over it. Hunting players with a non-master BH template has always been considered under handed and sleezy (the old TKM/3000 BH). If you can't handle being a master BH while hunting then consider another profession. There are concerns I have with some of the changes being made, but this change is a no brainer that should have been implimented long ago. No BH should be hunting another player unless they are a master, end of story. If you can't handle hunting with a template that includes MBH then perhaps you shouldn't be hunting other players, or perhaps you need more practice before hunting other players.
