Hello all, i'm a Master Pistoler and Novice BH, with all the 2 - 3 -4 column skills, only needing the first column to become a Master BH.
I have Investigation I, and whenI do a mission, it tells me to go to a SpyNet 5k far from me. First of all, when I take a shuttle, waypoint disappear. It's normal ?!
Then comes my problem. When I speak to the person, if I launch quickly a probe droid, I won't see it crash, and find it, I needto go to another place. Then, every droid failed or were eaten or destroyed,I used 5 probodroids to find out the location. Then it tells me the target is on Lok, so I go to Lok and I send a seeker droid. The seeker finds it, but gets destroyed a few seconds later, so I send another, while going to the waypoint. Target isn't there. The seeker find a new location, I go there, in the meantime the seeker droid gets eaten or destroyed.... I needed something like 6 - 8 seekers to find the target, so the hunting for a level 50 took like 20 or 30 mins, and I only have Investigation I (i'm level 70). Is that normal ?! Cause otherwise it's slow to hunt someone, and it cost a lot (of droids) and you have to wait a lot, so I guess there's something wrong with my droids.... 15 droids (probo + seekers) for one mission.... seems a lot.
I hope anyone can help me, thank a lot

You really shouldn't have trained in Inv. I until you had enough xp to train in 1 & 2. That way you'd keep all your marks on the same planet. It's a lot faster that way. Your droids are doing funky stuff because ofyour low droid tracking skill modifiers.
I ran my novice missions out of Coronet (used to be able to talk to spynet Op. with BH Term. window open and Abort/Refresh until you got missions within 1-2k meters away. dunno if this has changed or not)and boxes 3 & 4 out of Kadaara.
Even though you have Inv. 1 now, I'd consider dropping it. It would probably be shorter in the long run.

Yeah, get enough xp for 1 & 2 by looking for missions 100 m away from terminal

Hmm interesting.. So basically take missions off the BH terminals and gain enough BH XP to get 1 and 2 at the same time?

Get the full 10k invest before you train anything. That way you are most of the way to level 3 already.

Alternatively ask on the Jedi forum because over there they can all grind MBH in 30 minutes

I'm finishing Invest IV at the moment, I found the best place to it was on Dearic on Talus. Has terminals, different lvl spynet Ops and a spaceportall right near each other. Definitley saves on the shoe leather!

I'm on Dearic on Talus, doing BH missions, i used surrender skills for the Inv. I. The Missions give me 200 points (approx) and I need 16 000 (to get to inv. III) so it will take time.... Other better missions please?
Better terminal ? lol
