At master BH would i have full assault armour mitigation?

yes unless the mitigation stats are more than 60%/40%/20% resepctively

Do the mitigation percetages stack? Ex: At Inv 4 I think you get 40% movement and then at MBH you get 60%. Does this give you a 100% or do you end up just using the 60%?
