need more info. whats your weapons stats, whats your template, and what strategy do you use? going in guns blazing RARELY works.
I actually have more success with that than the whole sneaking around ordeal. An instant, quick strike generally startles them for a few moments and forces them to react quickly, sometimes forgetting to eat food/etc and making critical mistakes. Generally, if I have never heard of my mark I will assume he/she is a post CU Jedi with a bad saber and wont bother sneaking up etc.
I agree I often go in guns a blazin and it sometimes is the best tactic, I used to try and crawl in under cover from 350m only to have the jedi see you when something spawns right next to you and then you have to jump up, burst run in and my this point he is fully buffed and ready.

no i mean like...different things. one ive tried is dueling a jedi friend and CHASING them 400 m or so to the target, the target assumes you're already on your mission and continues grinding, as long as your friend isnt actually hitting you its no problem and when the good time comes, unloading on the unsuspecting target. Or any other fun little tactics.

weapon stats : feather fwg5 damage i dont remeber, i know it is 10 away from cap, so good, sac 67, base dps 390, est. 620 ish, i use 7991 resist armor all around, i use cripsic, breath of heaven, bosster blue, vagerian sumtin, and... my technique is to dumb found them, run in, ask for an invite, ask to see there sabr etc, never works, so there is ur info
probably you need more practice. you said you got MBH yesterday? yeah, more practice. perhaps try not to announce your presence by joining group, asking to see saber, etc. all the jedi has to do is examine you and see "... has mastered the Bounty Hunter profession" and will be immediately on guard. Any grind group I'm in, when a dot comes up on radar, all jedi in the group are notified cause someone will see it and /examine, and announce "BH!" to the group.
And to the guy who did the dueling a friend trick.. that's cool! there's some creativity ![]()

is teh gun good enoough? plus i got a advanced laser, i have no rifle skills, mp, cm4xxx, mbh, but with the rifle i get a good 450 dps, could that come into play too?
If you follow these two rules and drop the mission whenever you can not engage with these parameters, you will achieve success . There is nothing wrong in doing this. This is the BH way and Jedi's are 1.5 stronger for this reason.

Good luck. You'll do fine with more practice. Also post your template please as i have specific template if advice.

seriously dude, you need to go die, come on, your complaining u cant kill a jedi? obviously you are not a pre-cu player or ever saw the game before then, but really, this is just pathetic.Plus, come on, dont even give it time...
Maybe you can help me, but it looked like a question on how to beat Jedi, not a complaint. If you can kindly point out the complaints, I'd be much obliged.
you will need to adapt your template to your game style not you adapt to the template... don't go with a template because someone tells you it rocks it might not work for you... hardest fight i've had was against a bh/doc/pistols not sure what in what but he was the only one to end up the fight in a draw..
just hand in there and keep practicing.. if you have any jedi friend ask them to duel you.. train, practice and try new tactics.. you will defently need AB sliced armor for the big sabers or you will be getting beat to a pulp. it's just practice.. it's pvp not killing npc's most jedi have done quite their fair share of pvp before they went jedi and know how things work.. i used to pvp a lot before i unlocked like 3 months before the CU damn i actually had a higher pvp rating with my melee stacker than i do now with my jedi i know rating means jack as i could get it all back by simply standing in eisley and pay 10k to every noob to db them....
keep at it and sooner or later you will get the hang of it or maybe not.. maybe you are not made for jedi hunting.. but you will need to keep going at it before you find out...
just my 2 cents

Yea man lay off !! He is new and wants to know how to play I assumed u came into swg and already knew ? It took me a good few months to get good at this game and noone will learn it overnight.
As for Jedi killing u will get lucky some times and get ur Jedi weak as hell but u have to be swift! As soon as u notice weakness attack, I always keep deuterium-pyro in my toolbar and as soon as I am about to unload massive damage I make sure I drink it and if u can make sure his force aura is down for a sec or 2. The damage u will do when ur acc modifiers are higher than his defensive are amazing. I am however a mcm mbh pistols 3001 with the best rated gear on my server so I go toe to toe with any jedi at least 4-5 mins so I strongly recomend mastering cm and gettin all your extra weopon speed and acc from ca's, aa's and drinks. Its an investment worth it and easy to do as bh missions can make u rich, I looted a ls exp 11 ca (kept it) and a ton of other stuff made a fortune off bh npc's and they can also give a new player needed practice especialy elite bosses. I did not kill to many Jedi my first few runs of it either practice will make or break u ![]()
