I had a BH come for me in the morning, I'm TKM plus a bit of other skills...
I beat the guy, but didnt kill him because he ran away...no honour amongst BH's i guess
Later the same day, I was hunting with a group of friends, 7 of us, he attacked again...wonderful he started to get beat, even though i could have taken him myself...he ran away AGAIN and hid in a lake so no one could attack him. I didnt ask him to attack, i was enjoyng a great guild huntand helping some of the newer members....
I tried to talk to him, but his response was (apart from the F words he used) that he was here to make me loose exp, great...
should I have to put up with this? 2 times, same bh in one day?
With the same token, i've met some great bh, I'll name them because they do have honor (I've been hunted 10 times now in 4 hrs of game time)

It is not griefing because he still had the same mission on you the entire time. If you DB him he should lose the mission, but if your visibility is up enough, all he has to do is go get another mission on you and keep trying.
It is ONLY griefing if he is using a TEF that did not clear from his data pad after you DB him or he DB's you.
... Of course you will hear some Jedi say that hunting you Jedi at all is griefing you, but that is just the whiney, sniveling can't handle being a Jedi in the first place people.

and hiding in a puddle isnt an exploit?

Technically no. You can do the same if you choose to. Anyone can. It is cheesey and a little whimpy, but if I were a Jedi and I was loosing, I would do it myself.
As a BH, I think I would just take my licking by the Jedi and move on... But that is me.
You can hop on a tall mount and try to attack him that way, but since you are a Jedi, it might not work as well for you trying this tactic.
