Thread: Player Issued Bounties Question In Reguards to Real Life or the Star Wars Movies

Everyone says player issued bounties will never happen in SWG because of the "Griefing" that will occur.
My questionsare:
What keeps the griefing from occuring in RL?
What Kept the griefing from occuring in Star Wars Universe?
I believe in RL it does happen, but some of the control is the LAW, but in the SW Universe it was legal to issue bounties, so was it the fact the Bounties were so expensive?
Could player issued bounties be feesible if the bounties cost Billions of credits with most of the reward going to the Empire with just a fraction going to the BH? This could spawn a new breed of Crime Lord, where the extreamly wealthy have lots of REAL power and seek out only the BEST and most reputable BH's to give missions too, because they lose money reguardless of whether the mission was a success or failure.
