There are full tempate combos with a well tweaked macro which makes it very diffcult to kill them before your action runs out. If you dont have rifles or carbines the only way to kill these guys is by wearing out their force which can take up to 40 minutes.
I can normally kill these guys in about 3-5 minutes but I had a MBH/MPistol friend who worked on one for about 30 minutes and simply could not kill them.
The best way to kill these guys quickly is to keep them KD'd, keep your default ranged attack on so they have to keep healing. If they have some saber blocking or aura on then allot of your hits will miss. If you time it right the damage your default attack does with a lucky snipershot/criticalshot/headshot/torsoshot combo you can incap them, assuming no more than one of these attacks are blocked. By that time you will be out of action usually.
Jedi like to brag about using their uber macro like the one above and insult the bh's because it takes so long to kill them. The fact is that killing an afk full temp running the right macro is a real challenge (and then they cry about how gimped they are)
It used to be worse actually, when the CU first came out there were jedi who would go AFK while KD'd right in front of the terminals in Kadaara and the BH there could not kill them at all. I remember it taking a carbineer, a commando and a pistoleer to take one down that the pistoleer had been working on for 40 minutes.
If you are CH+ something else then you probably wont be able to kill them until their force wears out from healing. Dont feel bad, its not you. Its an imbalance associated with defender/enhancer/healers and it will be nerfed on Tuesday.
I did everythin you all saying as well as tried throwing in startle which seemed to be aboue the only effective thing
I think my problem was I have been lagging oddly since I last did a clean install...the FPS go 24, 30, 5 ect and was unable to spam attacks as fast as I could
but aye I kept ranged shot as my default...had every possible action food...my gun is only 96 action cost...and was using Adv. crit and headshot + my probot pet....and never touched him...and yes he had some aura / armor / whatever macros running that I hardly ever hit him maybe 1/3 shot of mine would hit I would say...much less for my pet...I guess bout the only thing I did not have was accuracy food which probably would have helped...
Though it probably didn't help that I went down to kill him with 25 mins left on the server before it went down lol...he did wake up with like 3 mins left before the servers went down and ran to the bugged LOS spot lol....talk about pathetic...tho he probably thought there were like 3 BHs there rdy to gank him or trying.....no lol just solo little me...afterwords I let him kill me cause was really no way I even had a chance when I couldnt even do it while he was afk
