Actually this was the case when the first double exp came out right after the CURB. Being on Chimaera, Jedi were loosing 4x experience...

Not sure if it was fixed or not...

Well, Double XP means more Jedi are grinding, so whether or not the lose XP more often, they will likely die more often

Point is, more Jedi will be online, and more of them will be distracted with grinding (and more will get vis from grinding). If you have your template filled out, then now is the time to go hunting.
