Thread: Token Respec Question

Several token respec template questions:

Right now I am MBH / MRifles / 0004 CM. I don't know if i should keep this template, because while paralyze and improved electrolyte drain are good, you have to be really close to apply them, and that is bad for rifleman. I don't know if i should switch out rifleman for either pistoleer or carbineer, or if is should keep it that way. Also, if i'm keeping rifleman, then I guess i'll be switching to either 0404 pistoleer or 4000 cm. Which should i choose. i would get disarming shot, fan shot, and stopping shot, but i would only use stim d's to heal. Any help would be appreciated.

Most seem to be going for MBH/MR/CM 4xxx for the extra heals, although x4xx gives the poisons etc.

Personally I'd take MBH/MR/P xx44 for intim and root (PS root is better than paralyze because it isn't broken on damage)

well ....you can lay the dot ... and then paralyze .. to get away ....pistoleer is tough agaisnt jedi your range is right within their saber throw range im a pistoleer i know ....carbines is good imho ... but to tell the truth i liked the CM heal line better with pistols than rifles or carbines .. since youll be up close and personal and taking damage .. goes for anything really not just jedi hunting ...

id say keep your paralyze and dots .if you stay rifleman .. and learn to use your moves within all your professions strategically, so once you apply the dot ... you can slow down or root your opponent to get back to the distance you like with rifleman .....if you really are intimidated about being that close ... then just gertyourself an uber rifle ... lots of accuracy and speed attachments ... and use the 4000 cm line ... remember to wait till you are at 30 to 40% health then use the stim d followed immediately by the bacta toss( only buy stims that heal for 1000 or greater)... for an amazing heal which will feel like one stim in time transpired ... and use ruby to speed up your heals as well....

this is all mho btw ... remember that ... ultimately you should choose what you feel is best for you

Ok, here is my question. Do I understand this right? When the pub 18 comes live, we will get last chance to respec using this "token". And we can respec whenever we want, as long as we have this token is that right? So, for example I get token and wait for 2 more weeks, and only then respec to my template. So, simply tell me, if the token respec can be used whenever I want.

Thanks in advance.

That's the idea, yes. It's an invisible mark (they are calling it a "token") on each character. You can use it whenever you want after pub 18 goes live. Use it immediately or in a year if you want - but be aware that for some technical reason they may in the future remove the token respec and if you aint used it, you lose it.

But really, I'll be waiting to see what the FRS has in store and to see if they do anything about defenderless defences.

What if,

We get the token tomorrow, and in 2 weeks (i.e) become a paddy, fill up all the novice, tier 1's & 2's boxes= fully templete jedi for everyone = super over population of the jedi!

That won't be a problem.
226 skill points worth of tier 1 and 2 boxes does not give enough respec points for even one mastery, let alone two and a half.

yeah that is correct.

The new way to grind padawan may be to get as many low level boxes as you can stand and then /respec your way into your template, but there are no way near enough respec points/skill points for this method to be effective.
