If your armor has slots, yes you can put AA's into it. If you like your armor a lot, yes you can put ADK's on it.

However all clothing/armor mods cap at +25
In other words, if you put on nine +5 ranged defense mods, your ranged defense mods will only go to +25 instead of +45
Also, keep in mind that each stat on an armor attachment takes up a slot on your armor. For example, an AA with +17 carbine defense, +9 ranged accuracy, and +5 artisan experimentation will take up 3 slots on your armor
What I'm curious about is how does one come across a fully ADK'd suit of Black Sun armor and not learn about the clothing cap? Not a knock, just perplexed

you sure about that? read the part that talks about speed. you use defense as an example, do those cap at 25 while the others are unlimited per se?
id have to agree that things dont cap at +25 you just get diminishing returns how u think i got a 1019 dps gun?
plus my armour is like this
8k energy tantel armour +50 health per peice all adked all with the best aas my suit is worth id say near 300 million +plus 3 adked guns
