I think they eventually fix the line of sight bug - i also think, since the name is no longer shown on the terminal that you will be able to track marks on kashyyyk sooner or later. I mean face it, would they really let kashyyyk be a safe heaven for jedis from initiate to knight ? I highly doubt that. So here i tell you, in a month or maybe two BHs can track Jedis everywhere, also on Kashyyyk and Line of Sight Exploits will be fixed. I dont see why so many jedis like the new system, i guess they dont think long enough about, they only see the advantages they get now, not the disadvantages that might show up when exploits & bugs get fixed...

With the group vis change, there is no reason for Paddies to get on the terms. If they show up there, they deserve to be attacked. Further, what BH's will now see are:
1- Full Template Jedi that -want- to be on the terms
2- AFK Grinders on Kash as wookies are humaniods
3- Careless Paddies that are not constantly watching their surroundings.
I don't know what it would take to code, but what if BH missions vs 200k+ Jedi gave the name of the mark, and those vs Knights said as much? Those Jedi have made a name for themselves.
Think of the missions vs us lowbies as a simple pest problem, like calling animal control on astray dog or something; the dogmay havea name, but who uses it? The 120k+ missions might give the bottom feeders something to think about, but the real BHs wouldn't need to be bothered with hunting easy marks.
Yes, thats my whole point. While i agree that lowlvl jedis should be more protected i think the implementation how SOE has done it has gone into a completly wrong direction. Why not simply limit the amount of "active" missions possible against a BH ? For example when i start tracking my mark noone else can track him/attack him. So a BH TEF would be completly solo-player based. I dont see SOE fixing a game flaw here, i rather seeing them implementing a change in another game mechanic so they dont have to fix another... And this mechanic will be exactly the opposite of what it is when the BH/Jedi System is hardened out.
