Since when did getting attacked in a public building throw you outside if you were the one getting attacked and you were afk.

It seems there is an issue with the publish/expansion of TEF's ejecting you from public buildings now. I have no proof myself, just reports of it happening to people on these forums.

well your friend is lame. he even asked if i was there. when i didnt respond he DB''d me. your right he did own me becuase i wasnt fihgtng back.
Having both people get tef'd out is an advantage for the jedi. Both parties are stuck on the doorstep for a good amount of time and that's death for a bh unless they get the damage off quickly enough to incap on the steps. Usually it's the bh incapped on the steps.
As far as killing you afk. Ouch.... Lesson learned. I'd wager you won't let it happen again.
Did you assume he'd get tef'd out and not you? You must not get on the boards much.

Sorry you've only got yourself to blame. As u said the building was PUBLIC, meaning any Tom, John or Harry can enter the building, tef's have been around for years and was only a short spell after the CU where they weren't, u leave your jedi afk in open space or public buildings you've only got yourself to blame, hope it was a lesson learned.

Why are you crying about this? TEFs have been around forever, but as someone else said you got lazy without them being enforced. There is a reason why you can log out as your Jedi OR go grab your ship and head to space. Space is a plenty safe spot to go AFK. Nothing lame at all about that kill, especially not when you SHOULD know the rules...if you've been a Jedi long enough.
Here is another tidbit that you BHs can use. If you see your mark in a private building and his mount/vehicle outside...if you attack that, it will eject him from whatever private structure he/she will be in.

What's lame is coming to the BH forum and whining because you got killed while afk in a public structure. Your mistake.

And why did you think being AFK in a Public Structure was safe?
