i got a scout trooper armor with 8.2k energy and works well in pvp and pve

is the BH armor any good? I have the loot parts for 3 components of it now and want to know if it has betterstats than the composite I'm useing atm. I looked through some info at AS forum, but cant find the stats for BH armor.
